Het wereldkampioenschap wenkt voor Europees recordhouder België. Na het nationale record regeringsvormen (194 dagen) moest op 7 januari 2011 ook het Europese eraan geloven. Het wereldrecord, vandaag nog in het bezit van de huidige Irakese regering (249 dagen), komt nu in het vizier. Het komt erop neer dat de Belgen de onderhandelingen over 17 februari moeten kunnen tillen.

Steun deze ludieke actie die ten allen tijde volledig los staat van enige partijpolitieke, ideologische of filosofische voorkeur.

La Belgique, avec son record Européen de formations de gouvernement, est aujourd'hui très proche de devenir le champion du monde: le pays n'a jamais vécu aussi longtemps sans gouvernement. Après l'écrasement du record national (194 jours), tous les records Européens ont éré battus le jour du 7 janvier 2011. Le record mondial, qui est maintenant possédé par le gouvernement Irakien actuel (249 jours), est de plus en plus à portée de main. L’impératif pour les Belges est donc de prolonger les négociations au delà du 17 février.

The world title is within reach for European record-holder Belgium. Already having broken its own 194 day national record for the longest coalition talks, the European record was beaten too, on the date of 7 January 2011. The world record, currently held by the present Iraqi government (249 days), is getting in sight. To get there, the Belgians will need to continue negotiations beyond the 17th of February.
