
Tried it in New-Zealand, tried it in Belgium.
4-6 Chicken teights (boneless) cut into chunks
1 cup dried shitake mushrooms (soak in hot water for at least 30 min, use juice in chicken mix)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoon white miso paste
2 spring onions
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 brocoli head cut into pieces
4 tablespoons mirin
=> Fry garlic and ginger until soft, add chicken and cook them
=> mix miso-paste, soy sauce, mirin together and set aside
=> Add miso paste mixture + mushrooms + juice with the chicken
=> Cook for a few minutes
=> Add brocoli and cook
=> Before serving, add the spring onion
Serve with brown rice mixed with sesame seeds
